I just finished 0.2, and my interest is even more peaked. I loved learning more about Diane and Lucy. A couple small criticisms I have I think it would be nice if the text box was hidden for a couple secs when a CG comes up. Like in the cafe. And I would also love a gallery down the line.It'd be nice to look at CGs without having to load a save or go through the game again. I look forward to more updates and wish you luck with this VN.
I played both the demo and the 0.1 versions. And I'm liking what I'm seeing. To the point I was disappointed how short they both were. And for a non native English speaker, you did a good job with the English text. I only noticed a couple words that were off (director instead of principal and Jesus Raptor instead of Raptor Jesus), and one line that was in Spanish in the 0.1 version. The only criticisms I can think of are I wish the MC had a proper name instead of Noebody and definitely change the photo with a filter background to drawn backgrounds in the demo version when you can. I"m looking forward the development of this VN.
I´ll be honest when I say that i created an account just to comment here and praise your demo! I loved the idea, execution and have high hopes for the next steps on it. You should be proud of it and as someone that doesn´t have english as a first language I know it can be hard, but I found it with such a high quality level it looks as good, if not better, than the inspirational sources. Congrats :)
Gave it a try, sadly the demo is quite short (and also inspired by I Wani a bit). Will there be a multiple choice or maybe even double romance? Gonna follow this project.
Thanks for playing! As for the choices, there will be multiple ones, but there’s only one love interest. If people end up liking more characters, I might consider adding alternate routes.
Regarding the backgrounds, no, I didn’t use AI. Most of them are hand-drawn, and the ones that aren’t are photos I found online and applied a filter to. ^^
